Booking & payment

How do I book a hibachi party?

Use our booking page to request your date, or call 347-536-0293. Include the location, adult and child counts, and any special requests. Your event details are confirmed by our team.

How much does the service cost?

Our website currently lists a base adult price of $43. Your complete quote depends on guest count, minimum spend, upgrades and any applicable travel or other charges. Confirm the itemized total for your event before booking.

Is a deposit required?

Our published FAQ currently states no deposit, with payment on the event day by cash or Zelle. Confirm your booking’s payment terms directly with our team.

Should I tip the chef?

Our FAQ recommends a 20% tip. Ask whether gratuity or any service charge is already included in your quote before calculating the final amount.

What if my guest count or plans change?

Contact the team as soon as possible. Confirm the deadline for final meal choices and guest counts, and review the cancellation or rescheduling terms in your booking confirmation.

Menu & dietary needs

Can guests choose different proteins?

Yes. Our current menu offers three protein selections per guest. Collect everyone’s choices into one list, and confirm any premium upgrades with the booking team.

Can you accommodate allergies or gluten-free requests?

Discuss the specific ingredients and preparation requirements before booking. Ask about sauces, utensils and shared cooking surfaces. Accommodation needs to be confirmed individually; do not assume an allergen-free environment.

Are vegetarian options available?

Tofu is listed on our menu. Tell us what the guest avoids, including egg, dairy or particular sauces, so we can discuss the full meal and confirm what is possible.

Setup & event day

When does the chef arrive?

Our FAQ describes arrival approximately ten minutes before the reservation time. Confirm whether the time on your booking means arrival or cooking start, particularly if your property has access restrictions.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Our standard service brings the chef, grill, food and entertainment. The host provides table setups, utensils and drinks. Confirm any separately arranged rentals before the event.

What happens if it rains?

Discuss the weather plan and the written rescheduling terms before your event. Any alternative cooking location needs the team’s approval; a cover alone does not establish that a space is suitable.

Can you cook at my home or vacation rental?

Send your location and photos of the proposed setup, and obtain the property owner’s permission where needed. The team must confirm that the equipment and space are suitable. Outdoor fuel-burning grills must not be moved indoors.

Do travel fees apply?

Additional transportation fees may apply in some areas. Provide your exact address, or a ZIP code for an initial estimate, and have the final amount confirmed in writing.
