Individual choices can be collected together

A group reservation does not require every diner to eat the same combination. Hibachi Baby’s menu currently offers three protein choices per guest. Have guests select from the current menu, then send one consolidated order to the booking team. Confirm premium charges before collecting payments.

Use one row for every diner

Record name, adult or child meal, protein choices, upgrades and dietary notes. Keep allergies in a clearly marked field rather than burying them in a group chat. If someone wants a repeated protein, write the quantity explicitly and ask whether that combination is permitted.

Count portions as well as people

For ten guests selecting three proteins each, the order should normally total thirty protein selections. That check helps catch a missing choice, but child packages or special arrangements may differ. Ask the booking team to confirm any exceptions.

Set your own collection deadline

Ask when the final order is due, then give guests an earlier deadline so you have time to fix omissions. Send a single revised list when something changes, label it as the replacement, and request confirmation. For vegetarian or allergy-related questions, get an answer before telling a guest that their request is approved.
